Warehouse Manager Full-time On-site
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe workflow throughout our facility. Theideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven background in warehouse or logistics management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits (Inventory Control)
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, carriers, and internal departments
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for efficiency
- Monitor equipment, schedule maintenance, and ensure proper use of tools and machinery
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Service Titan and Dynamic’s systems are a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA and general warehouse safety practices
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
