Permit Coordinator

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an experienced permit coordinator. This position will include tracking, monitoring and processing permits with local counties for HVAC, Plumbing or Gas related projects.

Qualified candidates will be friendly, team-oriented, and have the following skills:

The ability to communicate clearly (verbally and written)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing or Gas
Attention to detail
Accurate work production
Ability to work independently
Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record

These additional skills are not required but are beneficial

Bilingual- English and Spanish
Experience with county building permits.
