Loss Prevention Manager – Protect Company Assets (Full Time / On Site)

About Us:
Bayonet is one of Florida’s largest mechanical contractors, completing more than 200 phases per day across multiple counties. With this growth, we are adding a full-time Loss Prevention Manager to protect inventory, reduce shrink, and strengthen our warehouse systems.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, trustworthy, detail-oriented individual to take ownership of loss prevention across our warehouses. The ideal candidate will help implement tighter material controls, investigate irregularities, monitor camera systems, review pull/return activity, and ensure accountability at every level.
Responsibilities:
Prevent internal/external theft at warehouses
Audit material pulls, returns, and high-value items
Monitor camera systems, gate/door access, and after-hours activity
Identify irregular patterns or suspicious activity
Work with warehouse teams to implement model kits / house buckets
Conduct investigations discreetly and professionally
Produce weekly shrink reports and recommendations
Maintain secure inventory processes across multiple warehouse locations
Requirements:
Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, or Warehouse Management
Construction or distribution experience is a big plus
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Good communication and analytical skills
Must be reliable, organized, and self-directed
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between facilities
